Shipping Process

Each of your orders starts to be prepared from the day you place the order, and is prepared and sent to the UPS or FEDEX (depending on regional delivery status) branch within 2 business days. The average time from production to delivery to UPS or FEDEX is 2 days. Once it reaches the branch, it departs and is delivered within 1 to 3 days.
In this case, the total delivery time is between 2 and 4 days if the product is in stock, and between 3 and 6 days if the product needs to be prepared.
Delivery is made to your doorstep at your given address, with extremely carefully prepared and secure packaging.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Paleoart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our real dinosaur fossil replicas. If you change your mind about your order, or if the item you received is not what you expected, we offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and ensure that your refund is processed promptly.

Consumer Rights

1) If you place an order electronically through the paleoart.co website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract presented to you.
2) Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
3) Shipping costs, which are product shipping costs above the free shipping amount, will be paid by the seller. For products below the free shipping amount, the buyer will pay the shipping fee. Free shipping amount is 50 USD.
4) Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract. (see ''Shipping Process'' for more information about delivery time)
5) The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with documents such as user manual and installation manual.
6) If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. The total price must be returned to the Buyer within 14 days.
7) If the Buyer does not pay for the product they purchased or cancels it in her bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
8) After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card with which the buyer paid has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and if the price of the product sold is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer will return the contracted product within 3 days, at the expense of the buyer. must return it to the Seller.
9) If force majeure occurs that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. If the buyer cancels the order; If the payment is made in cash, this fee will be paid in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation, but it is possible that the bank will transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.
10) The buyer will inspect the goods subject to the contract before receiving them; dents, broken, packaging torn, etc. Damaged and defective goods/services will not be received from the cargo company. The goods/services received will be deemed to be undamaged and intact. BUYER must protect the goods/services carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services should not be used. The Invoice must be returned along with the product.
11) BUYER; Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product purchased to him/her or to the person/organization at the address indicated, he/she may exercise his right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification, provided that he notifies the SELLER via the contact information below.
12) SELLER'S CONTACT INFORMATION FOR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 
13) Expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.
14) In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER by registered mail, fax or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days and the product must not have been used within the framework of the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be Exercised" provisions set out in this contract.
15) The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. Order returns whose invoice is issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless the RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
16) During return the products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, along with their box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.
17) The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the BUYER in debt to the BUYER within 10 days at the latest after receiving the notice of withdrawal, and to receive the goods back within 20 days.
18) If the value of the goods decreases or the return becomes impossible due to a reason caused by the BUYER's fault, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages in proportion to the fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for any changes or deteriorations that occur due to the improper use of the goods or product within the right of withdrawal period.
19) If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER falls below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.
20) It is not possible to return goods prepared in line with the BUYER's request or clearly personal needs and which are not suitable for return, in accordance with the Regulation. In addition, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal regarding services that started to be performed with the approval of the consumer before the right of withdrawal expires, in accordance with the Regulation.
21) BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that in case of default when making payment transactions by credit card, he will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank and will be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; may demand the expenses and attorney's fees that may arise from the BUYER, and in any case, in case of default due to the BUYER's debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the damages and losses suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
22) You can benefit from online single payment or online installment opportunities with your credit cards through our website. For online payments, the amount will be debited from your credit card at the end of your order.
